ASLF and NukkAI AI partnership
NukkAI and ASL Airlines France form a partnership in Artificial Intelligence for air transport
The airline ASL Airlines France and NukkAI, a leading AI agent startup, announce the development of a crew planning application based on Artificial Intelligence. This collaboration will improve the management of flight crew assignments by integrating advanced explainable and frugal AI technologies.
An ambitious project with a long-term vision for crew schedule optimization
ASL Airlines France and NukkAI share a common goal: to improve crew schedule management for greater fluidity and flexibility. The objective is to offer an economical, flexible, and collaborative solution that combines better operational efficiency with improved management of crew fatigue risk.
Combining different AI agents will provide the following features:
• Explainability: In addition to optimizing schedules, the solution justifies the decisions leading to each choice so that users can understand the trade-offs made by the algorithms.
• Collaboration: Facilitating effective collaboration between all stakeholders by eliminating silos and integrating various perspectives and metrics from the optimization phase.
• Adaptation to disruptions: Modeling uncertainty to enable real-time rescheduling and create schedules that anticipate disruptions from their creation.
• Human supervision: At the core of NukkAI’s expertise, the use of agent systems will allow fluid interactions in natural language between the machine and business experts, without requiring costly dedicated development teams.
Nicolas Redier, Director of Air Operations at ASL Airlines France, states: “This partnership with NukkAI is a concrete, innovative, and exciting example that demonstrates what artificial intelligence can positively bring to our organization and, in this case, for our crew planning, without being detrimental to humans.”
Jean-Baptiste Fantun, CEO of NukkAI, states: “The strategic partnership signed with ASL Airlines France once again illustrates the ability of NukkAI’s AI agents to combine operational efficiency and social innovation for our partners: the potential is immense, in the aviation sector and beyond.”
